Karachi – January 25, 2017:Shaheen Air International (SAI)has been conferred with two top honors at the seventh edition of Brands of the Year Award 2016. The airliner has been awarded Brand of the Year Award for 2015-2016 in the Airline Category, while it has clinched Brand Icon Award for2015-2016 in the same category. The award ceremony was organized by Brands Foundation where the Honorable Senate Chairman Mr. Raza Rabbani presented the awards to Shaheen Air’s Chief Marketing Officer, Mr. Zohaib Hassan.
While expressing his jubilant views at this remarkable triumph, Zohaib Hassan stated: “Allah has been really kind upon us and has blessed us with these accolades. This victory reflects the hard work of every individual who is intricately spun into the fabric of Shaheen Air. Shaheen Air:
Shaheen Air International Limited (SAI) is established as a public limited company under the Companies Ordinance, 1984.It is mandated to perform the business of air transportation of passengers and cargo. Shaheen Air commenced its operations as the first private airline in Pakistan in December, 1993. It operates on various domestic and international routes and in 2015, it became the only private airline from Pakistan to fly east with non-stop flights from Lahore to Guangzhou, China. Recently, the carrier began services between Islamabad and Manchester and also plans to fly to several other international destinations in the future.
