The Government of Pakistan is set to develop a Pakistan Business Portal as part of its Digital Economy Enhancement Project, aiming to streamline business registration, licensing, and compliance processes through a single digital platform.

The initiative, spearheaded by the Board of Investment, is inviting consulting firms to submit expressions of interest for designing and implementing the portal. Officials highlighted that the platform will act as a national one-window system, integrating federal and provincial services to enable seamless management of business operations.

By consolidating multiple regulatory processes, the portal is expected to reduce bureaucratic hurdles, improve efficiency, and support the growth of the country’s digital economy.
