The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has recently announced an increase in parking fees at Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport. The standard rate for parking a vehicle for up to three hours will now be Rs100, representing a Rs10 increase.
Vehicles parked for longer than three hours will incur additional charges. According to a CAA spokesperson, the decision to raise parking fees was made by the Karachi airport management committee following the conclusion of a private contractor’s agreement.
The CAA also indicated that parking fees at Karachi Airport will continue to increase by Rs10 each year.
